Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain And Hair Loss

my friend develops serious joint paints when she has been in the sun, for example holiday to florida. she has also suffered from alpoceia for several years, her hair had grown back but two weeks after the joint pain the hair fell out again. on hindsight we have worked out that this is a recurring pattern, sun, joint pain hair loss. any suggestions?
