Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain Due To Vitamin D Deficiency

I have a positive ANA 1:640 nucleolar pattern, very painful joints but all subsequent tests are negative. I also had very low vitamin d. Dr. is treating vitamin d but says now he will just monitor me periodically but not wanting to treat my joint pain, what to do now
