Hey. I am 25 almost 26. I play a lot of basket ball. Really don't stretch like I should or workout. Just run a lot on the court and play kinda hard. I am 6'5, about 250. I know I have tendonitis issues in my knees. However, lately (I don't remember jamming my fingers) I have been having joint pains in my knuckles, elbows, behind my knees and the area above my left foot where the shin and foot angles. Also the right side of my left knee has been having pains. Can you tell me wassup, and give me some advice (lol besides stop playing)?
