Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain On The Arm And Fingers

i am 42 years old woman.my weight is 65 kg...my height is 5'3"....i have pain in the joint of little finger topmost joint in both palm....specially more in right palm topmost joint......earlier i consulted orthopedic doctor....i was prescribed neoxicam -15 mg for 7 days...then rub A535 ointment...n calcium tablets for a month....but still i have that pain...if i press that joint....and shae of joint looks swollen.....can u suggest probable reason for same...and how do i diagnose my problem...
my sugar is under control...then rhumatic factor is not there ..blood cells counting is done...all fine.. .please help me.
