Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain While Having Compressed Disc In Neck

hi i am a 48 year old woman had a bad fall down a flight of stairs 12 years ago was diagnosed with a compressed disc and arthritis in my neck had been adjusted by a chiropractor then started having severe lower body pain in my back and legs and pain now all over my body muscle and leg joint pain at this point not sure what to do so i made an appointment with a rhumatologist
