Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain

hi,i am 28 years old and female .I had sore throat 4 weeks ago and after than body pain for 1 week and until 1 week ago sever fatigue in lab data i have AST and ALT elevated and Atypical Lymph (28%)at now i have knee pain and mild fatigue .i think ,i have infectious mono but i worry about my joint pain.pleas help me about my joint pain..Is it normal pain in infectious mono ?
