Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain

hi doctor,,,this is afshan.... i have pain in my right palm & in finger joints....doctor asked 2 get blood tested....my esr is 55mm/hr & serum uric acid 3.7 mg/dl .....he prescribed medicines such as reparil-dragees & rapidus..now i have completed the dose of 2 weeks....but i still have a mild pain in my palm bones & finger joints....will this disease lead 2 cancer ...kindly suggest am damn worrid...thanks....
