Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain

i have really bad pains in my joints. its been pretty much constant since about june and i have it in nearly all my joints (knees, ankles elbows shoulders wrists fingers toes) it getss so bad sometimes that i can barely move. there also tends to be swelling with it. my GP did bloods and my Rheumatism levels were slightly up.. that shouldnt really affect me though should it?? Please help
