Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain

hi Good Afternoon ,
My Name is vishal Now I am from Mumbai , i would like to ask you some question
1) My mom has been suffering from join pain last 7 years
2) we are show all doctors and ayurvedic ect but there is no any solution for this
3) but today my mom has got lot of problem where she work at home by wash clothes and some work that time she never walk at the same time

can any medicine or any massage oil or any thing which is special to use for it .
please help me we are getting confuse to use every things
