Suggest Treatment For Joint Pains

hello sir,i am suffering from legs,feets,hands,arms tinglings and joint pains. from last three months.i already consulted a doctor.i have no sugar.sugar range is normal.is it a viral infection.when i eat any sweets(only sweets) tinglings are started.after 2,3 hours i feel normally.what is the reason for tinglings.doctors told me that its a viral infection.
