Suggest Treatment For Joint Pains

Hi,I m 29 years old female.My weight is 55 kg n height is 5.2”.I am suffering from joint pains from 7 months now.I have taken homeopathy treatment and ayurvedic treatment but it doesn’t help me much.I m suffering from foot ache,ankle pain and wrist pain.my RA factor,Uric acid and all other elated tests are normal.Dr says tht sometimes non specific joint pains occurs..they recommend me pain killer..which I don’t want to take b’coz that is not a permanent cure.Plz recommend something to cure this pain..
