Suggest Treatment For Keloid Scar And Hyper Pigmentation On The Skin After Cortisone Injection

I received a cortisone injection into a keloid scar. It has been several months and I have severe hyperpigmentation, the skin is purple and appears to be thin. Also I have severe fat dystrophy in the area. Is there any way to counteract the cortisone? It is continually getting worse and I know the cortisone stays in my system for a while. I went from having a small keloid to a huge purple area.

Hi.
As per your case-history u are having cortisone induced skin atrophy and purpuric rash.My treatment advice is-
1.Avoid further cortisone injections.
2. Take tab vitamin-C 500mg daily once and Cap.Vitami-E daily once for 8 weeks.
3. Use hexilak gel on keloid scar. Gradually pigmentation with fade and skin thining will be reversed.
