Suggest Treatment For Kidney Disease In An Elderly Person

My 81 year old father has protrate cancer which we are no longer treating. He was adversely affected by xtandy and such. He now has kidney disease and heart disease. His Alk Phos number just came oout to be 288 with out of range numbers for BUN, Blood Urea Nit, and Creatinine Serum/plasma. IS this indicative of the cancer spreading?

Kidney and heart disease may not be associated with be prostate cancer.

Kidney and heart diseases can be diagnosed by various investigations like renal function tests and cardiac workup which comprises ECG, echocardiography, Holter, angiography, etc. I suggest you consult a nephrologist and cardiologist.
