General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
14 mm is quite a small stone, you need no to worry much about this
You should take lots of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day
You can take analgesic like acetaminophen for pain relief

in case of frequent pain and impacted stone, I would advise you for surgery by an expert urologist.

If you can upload me the ultrasound report I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes
