Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stone Causing Pain In Right Side
I was told today that I have a 14 mm kidney stone. Last year I hurt really bad I m my side a run a fever but it wasn t found. They told me it was a possible small one. I do get some pains in my right side quite often. What will need to be done next? Treatment etc?
Hello I appreciate your concern 14 mm is quite a small stone, you need no to worry much about this You should take lots of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day You can take analgesic like acetaminophen for pain relief
in case of frequent pain and impacted stone, I would advise you for surgery by an expert urologist.
If you can upload me the ultrasound report I will be able to tell you more precisely. Best wishes
