There is a 5.8 mm diameter calculas present in the right upper ureter with mild hydronephrotic changes and also a 9.8mm calcus mid pole of the right kidney. I am facing this problem from 45 days . I dont understand that what i have to do. Please suggest.
The calculi in your right kidney need to removed surgically. Long-standing calculi has lead to hydronephrotic changes in your kidney which can lead to kidney dysfunction.
