General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your short history about having a small stone of the size of 7 mm in upper pole of left kidney, taking Cystone, no symptoms at teh moment.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Taking plenty of oral fluids is the best way.
Regular follow up with ultrasonography about the size and site of stone can help to decide about future management.
Extra corporeal Lithotripsy can help to make this stone fragmented so that it can pass easily through the ureter and urethra.
If UTI is present as detected by Urine and blood tests then you may need a course of an antibiotic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
