General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Treatment kidney stone that is causing obstruction depends upon the size and location of the stone, as well as your pain level and ability to keep down fluids. She can have a complication from kidney stones with kidney infection. The SOB can be from infection in the lung.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General & Family Physician
