Suggest Treatment For Kikuchi's Disease

we are from cyprus and our nephew has been diagnosed with kikuchi's disease. the doctors here are not very familiar with this disease and we was wondering if you could advise us what is the best treatment for this. what causes this disease? and what is the recovery period? He is 24 years old, about 1.74cm, weight 60 kilos at present (was 70 a few months ago) and has no previous health problems
