Suggest Treatment For Knee And Joints Pain

Hi there I have been having knee problems for several years (6+) and is still undiagnosed though I have seen both three psysiotherapist and three doctors. I have asked all for a scanning of the knees but they all rejected. I am considering athritis, because of many similar symptoms like pain in other joints, pain worse early in the day before moving around, worse in cold weather, always pain in both joints at the same time and I have always been giving Naproxen for the pain which helps. My doctor says it cant be arthritis because I have no swelling of the joints and would just like a second opinion if swelling always is a symptom of this disease? Thank you for your time. Kind regards Brian

You have not mentioned your age which is very important in case of arthritis which is quite common in elderly people above 60 years of age. As per your history I will advice you to take some pain killer like ultracet or biozobid-plus only when your back pain is worse enough or disturbing your routine work. Apart from this you can take some calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem once daily preferably in afternoon. You can do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist.
