Suggest Treatment For Knee Cartilage Problem

Hi! I am 35 year old woman who plays active baseball. I am 1.73 cm and my weight is 80 kg. I have problems with my knee. I was in arthroscopy about two and half years ago (depridement). Now I have again problems. I was in MRI and it shows that I have problems with my knee cartilage and then I have fissure in my lateral knee meniscus. It would be nice to get my knee better... what doctors can do with my knee?
