Suggest Treatment For Knee Injury

hi sir,

i felt from my bike while driving and bike felt on my right knee. i took MRI scan, doctor said you have menises tear problem,we need to do small operation but i'm not getting any pain while walking ,knee giving some sound (clicking) while walking. one doctor suggest to go with psychotharapy. my age is 27. now while walking more then i'm getting more weight in the knee without pain. please give me the suggesions.
