Suggest Treatment For Knee Joint Pain

im having knee joint pain for last one year,got CT SCAN done and diognasis was due to mild synovial fluid,got physiotherapy exercise but no help,having lotsof problem while walking down slope or while getting up from chair or from a floor,very painful without the support to get up,pl help me,im 35 years old
