Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain And Difficulty While Walking

I have knee pain and sometimes it is hard for me to walk. I am not a candidate for surgery as I am being treated for possible neurophy or parkinsons. I had a stroke in 2010 and by-pass surgery in 2013. Taking levodopa pills 4 times a day plud Plavix and carvedilol for heart, a cholesteral tablet, small mg of Zoloft, lisinaprll, prescribed fish oil, q10, one aspirin.

@ This seems combination of arthritis with neuropathy giving agony of pain
and difficulty in walking .

@ Suggestions for better recovery

$ Heating pad application 3 times a day .
$ Intake of non steroidal anti inflammatory agents with B12 , methyl
cobalamine support .
