Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain And Grinding Sensation In Knee

Hello Doctor,
I am D.Rohan .My problem recently I was suffering from knee pain climbing down stairs. So my doctor Prescribed me an X-ray .X ray report says subtle periarticular ostephytes & early osteoarthritic changes but my doctor says every thing is normal.I am also hearing grinding sensation in my knee.Please guide me
