Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Due To Meniscus Tear

Hi Doctor,

two months back I injured my knee while dancing. The primary doctor first diagonsed it as Tendonities but after a months wait when I saw a spcialist and got my MRI done it said "Hairline tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus communictaing with the inferior meniscal surface". Please suggest what I should do.. thanks
