Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain In A Child After Injury

hi my 12 yr old daughter injured her knee 15 months ago,she felloff her bike onto gravel and had an open hole just below her knee. It required daily dressings for 8 weeks. She now has a lot of pain in knee. Dr sent her for xray but nothing showed up. she still has pain in her knee and little dots around her knee?
