Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain In Polio Affected Leg

I am 52 years old. I underwent surgery at the age of two for polio at the age of two on my right leg below the knee. the right leg below the knee is weak and slightly shorter thwn my left leg.recently i have started getting pain in my right knee while wlking and espeacialy while climbing up or down the stair. what is the solution? is there cure? is this pain related to polio?
