Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

Hi, This is Manish Wagh from Nagpur, Maharashtra, I am 30 year old. 3 year before i had injured in Accident. that time a small black stone entered in my knee. and the same day I take treatment from the Hospital. and after one year start the knee prob on both lag. then Dr. has advised me to take some medicine. but now knee prob. is increassed. now i could not sit and up without support. kindly let me know what should I do? some Dr. advise me for surgery, and one of the Dr. give me injection on both knee. now I have so trable on both knee.
