Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

My Left Knee Hurts Below The Knee Cap And To The Right Inside By The Cap. I've had this problem for about 4 years but never paid attention since it wasn't that bad until now where i can't really lean on my knee for too long until it hurts.

Also when i run a lot it hurts too.
