Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

my name is amithesh aged 27 yeras, from kasaragod dist kerala. my right leg just above knee, suffering pain and tingle. I consult Dr.I.G. Bhatt, mangalore and he gave me the tablet "neurophil" for a period of month. After the completetion of tablet no changes in my problem. So please advice me what is the treatement for this.
