Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

I cimbed the corrola lighthouse on my anschool feild trip and my knee's felt a little shaky.I was touring the mansion after that and my left knee gave out, i collapsed and it buckled so i had to be carried out and onto the bus 2 days later (now) it still hurts pretty badly.I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but i dont know what to do untill then.
