Hey, I practice a sport called "Tricking" and its a lot like freerunning. It involves doing gymnastics on ground and such
Now my knee is hurting below my kneecap, but if i rest it for a couple of days, it gets ok. But when i practice the sport again, it happens over again. How do i stop this form happening?
