Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

I am 17 and already 5'10 but i have been getting bad knee pains in only my right knee. I didn't hurt it or anything like that, but i wonder if its growing pains, although im already 17. I am able to walk but every time i sit and then stand it begins to hurt.
