Suggest Treatment For Knot On Painful Collar Bone

I have been having alot of pain in my collar bones..the right side hurts worse and more often than the left side, and tonight i noticed a knot on it.. it s like right in the center almost, i have no idea what this could be. and am just really wondering. thank you.
