Suggest Treatment For Laceration And Tingling Pain In Leg

I sustained a severe laceration on the back of my leg, roughly 4 inches from the bottom of my calf. I think I may have sural and/or possibly tibial nerve damage. The outside right side of my right foot has no sensation, and near the laceration, if touched, I experience a shooting/tingling pain. Also sometimes when sitting, my heel or outside right side of my foot will randomly tingle with pain. I can walk just fine though, thankfully. Besides going to see a doctor, what should I do?
