Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Balance In A Diabetic Person

56 year old male, diabetic, type 2 sugar fairly controlled, feel congested, some light cough phlem and stuffed up, running nose....when I stand sometimes I lose balance, not when walking though just to sitting position. No dizziness, blood pressure is 127/82...pulse 90. Sinus issue or vertigo, no blurred vision, room does not feel like it s spinning.

Hello,

Losing your balance can result from diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Wearing orthopedic shoes often helps with this. Loss of coordination is a common sign of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Muscle weakness affects the ankle, which can affect your gait. I suggest to see a neurologist to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
