Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for choosing HCM

You have GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) and have trouble in concentrating and meditation, dietary adjustments, behavioural methods didnt help. In such case consult a psychiatrist for treatment. Medicinal treatment will help in early recovery. Medicines like SSRIs as Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline etc are approved drugs for GAD. For relief of symptoms in severe anxiety provoking situations medicines like Propranolol, low dose benzodiazepines like etizolam, oxazepam etc can be used. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
