Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Erection In Penis And Early Ejaculation

i am 30 yrs old and my husband is 33 yrs old.We both get married this year in the month of Jan.After marriage my husband went to abroad .After 4 months he come to india.We had spent in total 7 nights together.But my husband is unable to do intercourse with me.He has problem in penis erection dysfunctional.He touch his penis to my vaginal through his hand and unable to penetrate through me.And also without doing intercourse he has early discharge.In the night he is trying for this 3-4 times ,but unable to do anything.When I told him about this problem ,he said me everything is right.I am still virgin.I just want to know whether mu husband is impotent .If so any medical treatment can cure this.Please suggest.
