Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Menstrual Period Even After Taking Duphaston

Hi Doctor, I had a failed IVF and after that I have a missed period , I did the pregnancy test at home and it was negatif , my doc give me duphaston twice per day for 5 days but even my period didn't come and there's no sign that my period is going to come. what you will suggest me ? thank you in advance
