Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Menstrual Periods After An Abortion

I had done abortion on 4th June 2014, after 1 month there is no periods & also I am not pregnant. on 8th July I have started Overal L tablet for 21 days. Till 10th Aug there is no sign of periods. 11th Aug Dr. prescribe me Premolute N for 3 days & wait for 10 days. But today is 20th Aug there is no sign of periods. I have done sonogrpahy, urine test. I am sure I am not pregnant. Pls advice.
