Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Menstrual Periods And Under Developed Breasts

Hello, my daughter has SMA type II, she is 12 1/2yrs old & is asking me if she will have periods, she only weights 4 1/2 stones. She has started to develop breasts but one is much more prominent than the other, she is also worried about this & wears a padded starter bra to cover embarrassment, i would be grateful of your advice.
