Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Menstrual Periods

Hi my name is kellyann, my question is that i was a herion user but quit in may and i know that u periods go because of the stuff. I was on the pill aw well for bout 6-7 years but my doctor told me that it would only take a few months for it to wear off but i have not had a period in bout 5-6 months and me anmy partner would like to have a baby but i am not having periods and i dont know why. I am 30 years old and am really confused and scared as why i have not had any period at all and wish someone could maybe help me understand why and if there is anything i could do to help myself to try and help my body to get back to normal cause i am scared so if u could please help me. thank you.
