Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Menstrual Periods

hi doctor..i am 25 years old unmarried girl.. and i have a problem with my menstrual cycle. i didn't get my period from 2 and half years.. i have done Blood tests to determine the levels of hormones secreted by the pituitary gland (FSH, LH) and the ovaries (estrogen). my FSH level is 124.00 mIU/mL and LH level is 65.90 mIU/mL. ( these reports were done when i was under the HRT) and the doctor suggest that i may be out of ovaries.. is there any chance to happen like this to a girl age of 25?.. if so i am really worried about my future. i need your help please..
