Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Menstruation And Water Retention

I have had a problem since I was younger. First I started my menstrual cycle and had it normal for a month then would go three months with nothing then two months with heavy, heavy bleeding, now that I m older, I basically have no menstrual cycle at all. I have alot of water retention, can not lose weight and feel awful, what can I do?
