Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Movement In Hand

hi, i m suffering problem long back year of right elbow, as it is just 10 degree movement in my hand. operation also done but no improvement in that.as due to right hand i m facing lot of problem. plz suggest me proper guidence or treatment so that my hand will work properly.
