Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Ovulation While On Antibiotics

i was diagnosed of staphylococcus aureus for about 6months now. I have been taking series of antibiotics such as Augmentin, Erothromycin and other herbs but all the symptoms persist. i noticed that my ovulation has stopped due to this infection. please what will i do?
