Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Penile Erection

Dear Doctor,
I am a resident in Pakistan. I am 40 years, married and a father. It is happenening in the last 2 months that sometimes, my penis erects satisfactory and we do intercourse. But sometimes, the penis erects while doing foreplay etc., but at the time of intercourse, penis go down. Please suggest how to overcome this.

hi, mainly penile erection will continue till sexual thoughts in our mind and desire strong.i think u have problem in maintence of sexual thought. so kindly increase foreplay time. take tab. tadalafil(20) once for relation.
