Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding After Misoprost Insertion
I was 9 days due with my date and home test kit showed positive pregnancy. Took mifegest orally in clinic and inserted misoprost in vagina by doctor. Little bleeding started a few hours later which turned to pink discharge and nearly 29 hours after no spotting. Kindly guide.

Understand your concern
Some time abortion induction may be delayed by 72 hour. So wait for bleeding to come. If no bleeding will occur, consult the gynecologist and give extra dose of misoprostol vaginally or orally to induce abortion. If drug will not work you can not continue the pregnancy and should be removed by evacuation or D & C.
In ectopic pregnancy also bleeding will not occur after abortion pill. So uSG is needed before abortion to know about nature of pregnancy (intrauterine or ectopic)
