Suggest Treatment For Lacrimal Gland Tumor In The Eye In Children

About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with over active lacrimal gland in my left eye. Doctor first thought that I had a blocked tear duct and inserted a tube though tear duct into sinuses, after that didn t work he gave me Botox shots under my eyelid on the top eyelid. Worked for awhile but has increasing in frequency. Is there any other treatment for this now. No eye insurance
