Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Peau d'orange looks and feels like an orange peel. A little hard/tough to touch with small dimplings that feel different from the regular skin.
Large pores will just be large but feel the same as the rest of the skin.
Peau d'orange is associated with underlying lesions (tumor, for instance), and infections.
Fever, pain and swelling are common with this.
Large pores are a cosmetic problem.
Wear well fitting and fully supportive bras even while sleeping, if possible to minimize
stretch marks and sagging.
Large breaststroke do tend to sag. Chest
muscle exercises can help to tone it and reduce sagging.
Stretch marks creams or certain procedures like
dermabrasion, laser resurfacing (if marks are still red) which can help to reduce the stretch marks.
I recommend that you see a your physician first to make sure all is well and the
consult a dermatologist to see what will work best for you.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
